Construction of landscape features, wells, lakes, a desalination plant, and fences, including a 40,000 m² lake, a 220,000 LM fence, habitats for 152 Houbara birds, 360 m² of birdhouses, 170,000 m² of edible flora, and a 1,000 m³/day solar-powered desalination plant.
